Stove is a special space created by relocating “Toseian” (named by Rohan Koda), the former residence of Literati painter Isamu Kobayashi (also known as Tosei), from Kamakura, and with interior design by New Material Research Laboratory / Hiroshi Sugimoto + Tomoyuki Sakakida. We offer creative French cuisine using carefully selected organic ingredients, with no additives, no chemical seasonings, and 100% gluten-free ingredients. The restaurant’s name, “Stove,” was named by Hiroshi Sugimoto with the image of “steaming ingredients until they become transparent through gentle handling.”
